You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and where you are a minor you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent if required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by disrupting it, accessing it without authorisation, scraping or bulk-downloading content, uploading unlawful or harmful material, or infringing others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

All content, questions, designs and software in the Service are owned by ABA Group or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

“SAT” is a trademark of the College Board. IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, YDS and all other exam names are the trademarks of their respective owners. ABA Tests Prep is an independent preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organisations. All practice questions are original and created for preparation purposes.

The Service is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, admission outcome or result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort.

Any figures shown in marketing are illustrative and not a promise of individual performance.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABA Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Some features or programmes may be offered for a fee under additional terms shown at purchase. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service and may terminate accounts for breach; you may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye and the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date.
