Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The free level analysis and free tier of the platform carry no charge, so there is nothing to cancel for them.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data by contacting hello@abatestsprep.com or using the in-app delete option where available.

If any subscription is sold through the Apple App Store, it is billed and managed by Apple. To cancel, manage the subscription in your device account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot process App Store refunds directly.

As the Distance Sales Agreement sets out, you may withdraw from a package purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the date your account details are emailed to you after payment.

Send your notice of withdrawal in writing to hello@abatestsprep.com or to our address, Bebek, İnşirah Sokağı, Kerem Apt. No: 29 D:7, 34342 Beşiktaş/İstanbul. The amount paid is refunded to the card used for the payment within 14 business days at the latest of the notice reaching us.

Once 14 days have passed since the account details email was sent, the right of withdrawal ends.

Email hello@abatestsprep.com with your name, the email used to purchase, the product or programme, and your reason.

We aim to respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
